    Are you sure your dream school that asks for two LORs will not accept three? Sometimes schools mention that they require a minimum two LORs but are fine if you upload three.

    My frustration is with the early deadline of some of the top schools. December 01! One of my profs is yet to agree to write a LOR! I will be missing out on those schools and hopefully be ready to apply by Dec 13 for others.

Love for teaching and the desire to have reading-writing-thinking life. Questions or concerns you have about your profile? My doubt is regarding my suitability to the program I am applying to. When I looked at OB faculty in most schools profs have a background in Psychology or Sociology. Mine is engineering (besides B school) Is that a big factor? Also, 0 research experience.
