I know that in Europe German Uni's are tuition free, French Uni's are a few hundred euros a year, and Schools like Tinbergen in the Netherlends give solid scholarships. CEMFI and UC3M offer some scholarships that pay for tuition and have a stipend too I think.

Any thoughts on my competitiveness for these programs would be greatly appreciated!
