Which Kaplan book is the right one for GMAT Math?

Please, could somebody explain me which Kaplan book is the best for math study? Is it Kaplan 800 or just normal Kaplan GMAT book 2005 (or some other one)? I am just looking for tough problems to solve, because I see OG is too easy indeed. Thanks.

GMAT essays are much more difficult to compose. Another thing, these essays are of different type, i. e. more analysing is required etc.
