A. tax returns with a disk found in software stores and accounting texts

B. a tax return with a disk found in software stores and accounting texts

C. tax returns with disks found in a software store and an accounting text

D. tax returns with a disk found in a software store and an accounting text

E. a tax return with a disk found in a software sotre and an accounting text

I think C,D and E are out..disk found in a store and in a text seem to indicate that they r just available in one shop/one text. That is not what the sentence tends to convey.

 

Between A and B for me.

 

I m choosing A..really unsure though.

 

Thrs another tread on this which says the question is from kaplan. Supposedly the OA is B but i cant really make sense out of the explanation given. I hope gmat doesnt give this kind of crap.

This one very tricky.

A,B & C are out as the number of disk(s) does not agree with the number of text(s).

 

Between D & E, I'll go for E. Atleast here all are singular (tax return, disk & accounting text) meaning that each one of the 3 people will file an individual tax return each using one disk and one accounting text.

 

Whats the OA mate?

CDE wrong for as they refer to single store

 

C. tax returns with disks found in a software store and an accounting text -

D. tax returns with a disk found in a software store and an accounting text

E. a tax return with a disk found in a software sotre and an accounting text

 

 

i m sure OA is A
