You should definitely take GMAT again. Because of the testing-room stresses and pressures, many people tends to perform the test with a lower than real performance. and Absolutely you are one of them. Let take a week out, and come back i believe that you will find your way to 700's.

I believe that GMAT tests how you manage your nerve during the examination as well.

i would recommend you to start reviewing all mathematic works with Manhattan reviews..

that is my question as well.As most of the people who got the same break-down score as i have got the total scores ranging from 710 - 730. is there any way we can clarify these?

SETs are the combined test, quant and verbal, and they are available in esnips.

I think your score is on par with the average score of many top schools. I will focus on the application.

I would recommend you to stay focus on finding the reasons of wrong questions. Try to do the test as much as possible, start first with GPREP, the SETs, and ST materials.

Hi again, As promised earlier, here is my DB. Last year, i wrote GMAT once and got 640(49,27). However i could not continuously concentrate on preparing GMAT as my work constantly requires me to travel. I'm frequent traveller so i always move from place to place. In last two years, I spent more than 80% of my time aboard. ON THE TEST DAY Nobody ever mentioned that you should not write any test during the European championship because this tournament might consume a lot of your preparation time, as it did to me. The night before test day, even though, I was scheduled to write the test on 9 am, I watched the match until 4 am. So, I slept only few hours. AWA: I was very confident while writing analyst of arguement, but I was not very confident while writing analyst of issue, as i do not think i clearly understand the issue. Quant: The first 10 to 12 questions were very easy compared with those questions from GPREP. Therefore I was very worry that my quant score might be lower that I expected. This worry started to destabilize my morales, however I said to myself "just do my best", "What had happened happened". Anyway, after several more very easy questions, i needed to rephrase those sentences to myself few more times. :p There was only one questions from 37 questions that i could not find the answer, after spending nearly 8 minutes analyzing its. I finished Quant section just on time, about 2 to 3 seconds before the limit. However I recommend that you plan your time wisely. The problems are many times more difficult to solve under time constraint than those under normal condition. Verbal section I decided to continue verbal section as soon as i finished quant one, as i did not feel tired and would like to finish the test as soon as possible, as i needed to run for another important meeting. I started verbal section with two sc, two cr, and then i started to see RC. SC : I found that the level of SC in real test is higher, more difficult, than that of GPREP and of OG. CR : They are in the same level as you experience in GPREP. I experienced two questions that asked me to complete the arguement, one was simple while the others is very difficult. Anyway, I did not see any BF. RC : There were 4 RCs during the test. Three out of four were scientific, long and boring, essays :doh:. I finished verbal section 5 seconds before the limit. Again I would like to remind that you should wisely plan your time.:( I believe that most of the DBs posted in TMs are sufficient in providing the information you need to know, however i would like to use my DB to pinpoint on the materials that i found useful. MATERIALS QUANT Series of Manhattan Math reviews : I found that they are all to simply to me. But perhaps it is from my engineering background. OG : Personally, i do not like the way OG explains each question. So i seldomly use OG:blush:. TM : I found most of very useful explanations from this forum so the best Quant book for me is TM. VERBAL Series of Manhattan Verbal reviews : I found that the SC book is good while, RC and CR book is mediocre. OG : I seldom used it. I do not recommend to do so as officially the best way to prepare is to start with OG. But it is just does not work for me.:sleepy: PRACTICE GPREP : Definitely the best representative for the test. Sets : Math part is too easy and i do not think it can represent the actual test. Verbal part is excellent and i do really recommend! even though many questions remain mystical.:tup: Scoretop Material : There are a lot of them. I think most of them are good and representative but unfortunately i didn't have enough time to finish. I will try to clean up my harddisk as there are too many GMAT materials in my computer. So if you would like to have any of them, please feel free to let me know.

Friends, I just finished writing GMAT few hours ago. I did not expect to see this score as, I felt, I was doing bad in Quant section. Needless to say, I am happy now. Thanks for all the support from TMers! I will write my DB very soon.

It's "C" E compares commodities and market. C exemplify the commodities. The difference are very clear. This is very good question..

I hate all the choices. But i picked A even the pronoun "Their" is doubtful. What does "Their" refer to? According to the meaning, "Their" should refer to "Monkfish" in which is Singular? CAn some one enlighten?

if you can find the correct conclusion for this argument, you will definitely choose "E".

I agree that the statement mentioned above is conclusion. however, i can't see if any part of the article that tried to evaluate.

It is totally a killer turtle. One said GPREP OA is C while two more mentioned E. By census, I will go for E... Thank god, I picked the correct one.
