E for me too. At first glance, we may think it's C. But we don't know the percentage of women getting F, I, and P in class => insuff.

Guys, can we understand "an integer" as "a positive integer" in default? In this case, if [x] = But if [x] can be a negative integer, then [x] can be 0 or less than 0.

Do we need to have the same result in both statement? As in this case, stm 1 gives the answer 9, and smt 2 gives the answer 18.

For me, it's A. It can't be C because "Loss of revenue...led to the Australian authorities" is weird. But "Loss of revenue...led to the Australian authorities' granting a concession" makes more sense to me. But anyway, let wait for the OA. Please post the OA!!!
