I have already been through GRE (1450 in Feb2011). Intend to apply for Fall 2012. Can I apply for the universities now and give TOEFL in Oct-November ?

Quant score is on lower side. But you can try, GRE is just another factor while considering the application.

Passport is necessary as per the condition stated on ETS website. Apply for it. Or else you will have to postpone the exam date.

800score is not what you will get in real GRE quant. Barron's quant is pretty closer to the real GRE. Don't worry, relax a bit. Pay more attention to time management.

Suppose you have 5 apples and I have 2 apples less than you. So how do you solve this ? Clearly I have less apples than what you have. You will subtract 2 from 5 i.e. 5-2 = 3 apples. I don't remember correctly but scored somewhere around 630 in CrackGRE. Real GRE questions were completely different for me. But everything is centered around concepts and tricks. I had to solve one question using back substitution. There was no direct solution for that. My parents couldn't care less about the GRE. I was on my own and had other reasons to give GRE. I find it funny that your parents are so exacting.

Crack GRE is BS. I got lesser than you. Do not study too much. Last 2 weeks before my exam I was watching Dead Space 2 walkthough (and various other games trailers) on youtube and various other forums relevant to my interests. Just relax your mind out with anything you like. Where are you from ?
