There is no major problem with having finished your bachelors degree in 2008. Actually having 4 years of work experience will be an asset to you as you will be able to bring real world experience and apply those to theories being studied in the classroom. Are you planning on working while completing a graduate degree or are you asking about finding work after you finish? Working during the degree will be the harder option and would probably only be allowed in your second year anyway.
