In the statement of purpose I will write about my research experience. However, since I already did that in my CV, is that a bit repetitive? Or should I remove the description of my research experience in cv, leaving only the headline? (for example, research assistant for professor X from 2019-2020; master thesis from 2020-2021)

What do they want to see in this? I have checked their website and could not find any useful information. They also ask for a Research Statement. Should I just think of Statement of Interest as a Personal Statement and not mention any research since there is a seperate Research Statement? Thanks!

Hello everyone, Apologies if this question has already been asked but I've been unable to find the thread if it has. When submitting a statement of purpose, is it generally recommended that you start off with "Statement of Purpose", include your name, the department that you're applying to or anything like that? I mean outside the main body of text as a title or header, obviously you mention where you're applying to in the statement itself. Or do most people just submit it as an unformatted essay (apart from paragraphs) on the basis that all of the other information is linked to your application online?

What kinds of information, both normal and special types, would resonate the most in a personal statement for MA in Economics? Especially if I'm trying to get a TA position? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, Well the time has come and I will be sending masters applications out shortly. I plan on applying to the top Canadian MAs, some back ups and U of T and Westerns MFE programs. Any advice on crafting statement of interest letters will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I came across this problem in 5th edition of REA's GRE CS practice book. Assume I and II are statements that have well-defined truth values i.e. each statement is either true or false and not both. Then this question on the test can be answered without further information, since there must be a unique correct answer. A) I and II are both false B) I is true, II is false C) I is false, II is true D) I and II are both true E) If I is false, II is false It's obvious that E is definitely not the right answer but how can we prove that one of the above answers is right?
