I think its just econ that is out not Harvard Kennedy. Kennedy results were out well after econ last year. Regarding Harvard, I would be surprised if any results were out for Public Policy this week or next. I didn't receive my acceptance till second week of March, but that was back in 2018. It's also weird that a professor would call an applicant ahead of the admissions committee, but I guess stranger things have happened. Another info I got from a different source (have to be a little shady with this tho): There are some govt. institutions that typically place 2/3 students in harvard econ every year. No one has been accepted so far, so this seems to indicate that this might have just been a wave of early admits.
